Who am I?

 

I am trained as a nurse but fell in love with smocking and heirloom sewing as a hobby after my grandmother planted the seed in my heart when I was a little girl.  I enjoy teaching and love introducing others to sewing.  I eventually started attending multiple sewing courses and conventions and started making some items for other people perhaps 20 years ago.  Since that time, I have opened, loved, and sadly closed my own sewing store.  I still attend classes on the latest techniques every chance I get and I still enjoy teaching others from my home and still make custom items such as smocked children's outfits and christening gowns.
